The EvacTunnel 3.0 was released in the International Symposium of Tunnel Safety and Security (ISTSS 2014) Marseille, France.
EvacTunnel 3.0 is a computer model developed to simulate the evacuation of road tunnels. This model can be used by anyone (researchers, engineers, stakeholders, etc.) who are working on road tunnel safety. This is a Freeware that can be download at: http://www.gidai.unican.es/Download.html
Some of the features of the model include: 1) stochastic approach, 2) individual perspective of tunnel user behaviours, 3) effects of smoke in evacuation, 4) easy to use and 5) results in few seconds.
